Go through your database – start calling your former clients, buyers and sellers; not to prospect, just to say hello. Reach out and ask them how they are coping. Real estate is a relationship business at its very foundation, and there’s never been a more critical time to look out for one another in the community.
There are so many things people are worried about right now – from their own physical and mental health, to those around them; compounded by the worry and stress of financial hardship that has hit many hard immediately, and many more in the future.
The outcome of all of this is unknown, we need to reach out to one another, and a simple phone call is a good start.
