When you conduct your ‘open for inspections’, what have you got with you to hand out to viewing parties when they arrive/leave? No doubt, you are equipped with a glossy brochure of the property they are inspecting, which perhaps also features a blurb about yourself and the agency.
It is also useful to have some current information about the local area – nearby amenities including schooling, retail, transport, and leisure facilities; not everyone visiting the property is necessarily familiar with the area. This type of information can be updated when appropriate, with a hard copy for inspections and an emailable copy for electronic enquiries.
If the area has some significant history, a fact sheet about its settlement and evolution into what it is today, is also a good idea. What about an upcoming events sheet, or a Calendar of events in the local area. There are many ideas to consider, and it’s all growing your brand in a less blatant manner as well as providing helpful information.
These fact sheets can be handed out, as well as displayed onsite on a Real Display Board; enhancing your professionalism, making you look organised, and engaged with the community your list and sell in.
Here at PPC we can write the content for you for your fact sheets, to save you time – and once they are done it will be quick and easy for you to update when needed. Click here for a quote!
