As we fast approach the second half of 2020, we reflect on what a year it has been todate; who could have foreseen how much our lives would change as we welcomed in a new year and a new decade in January…full of optimism and hope.
Whilst the Covid19 pandemic has knocked some of us of our cosy perches for a while; we have all started adapting to a new normal and are working as best we can within these new parameters. With all change comes challenges and adaptation – and it is not all bad; in fact, upheaval can generate new energy and create new ways of thinking. A renaissance can follow massive social change; a rebirth, a freshness that is healthy and invigorating. Time will tell.
In the meantime, it is important we keep positive and keep connected with our community. As an Agent, regular communication with your database is always critical – and now, even more so. People are worried about their jobs, property values, the future – many are feeling vulnerable with so much uncertainty surrounding decision-making and planning.
You need to remain in regular contact, keeping your community updated in an honest manner that is informative and of value. Stay relevant, stay connected…keep your profile, your brand alive, as these tough times don’t last, there are better days ahead, and you want to make sure you are positioned to seize this brighter future with arms wide open.
