• Write in the ACTIVE voice by using lots of VERBS
• Avoid CLICHES
• Ensure your text highlights the BENEFITS and the POINTS of DIFFERENCE
• Create WORD PICTURES/SCENARIOS
• Include a sentence/paragraph about LOCATION/SUBURB
• ADJECTIVES are effective, but don’t over-do it, and watch out for repetition
