- Write in the ACTIVE voice by using lots of VERBS
- Avoid CLIC HES
- Ensure your text highlights the BENEFITS and the POINTS of DIFFERENCE
- Create WORD PICTURES/SCENARIOS
- Include a sentence/paragraph about LOCATION/SUBURB
- ADJECTIVES are effective, but don’t over-do it, and watch out for repetition
